​THE DESIGN COMPLEX was created by Heidi. Yes, one of the characters in the story.

Upon hearing the assignment I was really lacking original ideas, and the only things I could think of were related to architecture. Conducting a little research, and reading some good advice from the ICOM 495 Capstone professor, I decided to create THE DESIGN COMPLEX (or at least the nugget of the idea that it was then--it's changed a lot since that day).



We were advised to create something that we would be proud to show a future employer. Architecture is what I do, but beyond that, design is what I live.



The Digital Media Minor has given me the opportunity to combine so many useful digital technologies with architectural design. I am passionate about the creation of space, but also the creation of amazing images and media.
